  : It was easy and fast to get the keys.I had problems with payment, and they helped me to solve it.The location was amazing! I could reach almost every single place by foot (I like to walk)
  : Maybe the only thing was the bathroom toilette, because it was too high for me, but not a big problem, just made me uncomfortable sometimes. And it's not accessible if wheelchair people want to be there.

  : Location good. Priced realistically to what was offered. Promotional photo was superior to the actual unit we had.

  : Very clean apartment and friendly staff, no issues with check in or out, as advertised. well located in a safe and convenient area and good facilities including fantastic safety precaution needing 3 keys and 2 key fobs to get to the apartment. Comfortable as a studio apartment with good storage space and inventory.
  : Beds 2 singles with separate duvets despite booking a double room. The pass-way to the apartment was concrete with metal bar gates and dim lighting making a slightly nervous entrance, especially in the dark. The apartment also appeared bigger in photos but our error for not checking descriptions. Check in was 30€ after 10pm which is agreed before arrival but not clearly advertised on the site as far as I’m aware.

  : The apartment was well located. It is walking distance to the train station and Wenceslas Square. It was a spacious room and really quiet to get a good night's sleep.
  : You need to pick up the keys from an office which is only open during certain hours. If you had any issues they had telephone numbers to call which may not be practical for travellers with limited phone access.

  : The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, excellent facilities within the room and large comfy beds
  : The windows did not close properly so there was a lot of noise from the nearby road through the night.The sheer number of keys required to gain access (three keys, two electronic fobs) became a pain, particularly travelling with young family.
