: Quiet location, next to Vysehrad fortress. Rooms clean, big and well organised. The price is not small but it is worth.
: Breakfast. For a 4 star location and breakfast paid separately, you do not have a buffet. One could only choose 2 items from a menu, bread was the cheapest you may find, yogurt, cereals, fruits not existing. Plus, being only one lady serving the entire population for everything, it certainly took a lot of time.

: Wonderful location close to the Congress centre, the metro station and to the old castle with park. Calm, nice environment, kind personnel at the reception. Good for a professional trip, like a conference at the Congress centre.
: The WiFi on the 3rd floor was horrible - the signal was very weak, I kept loosing connection. The room service did not refill the soap bottles in the bathroom. The design of the shower is poor, making it very easy to flood the bathroom. Also a little expensive, I find.

: Very nice and polite staff, late check-in wasn't a problem, safe underground parking; special big "thank you" to people making and serving breakfast for their warm attitude and tasty food!
