  : the location of the apartment is perfect, the building is well maintained and cared for. efficient security system for both the front door and the main door. the house is located five minutes from the square and you can reach everywhere in Prague on foot. restaurants and supermarkets nearby. the house has everything and the kitchen is well kept and clean with all the accessories
  : we went on holiday from 12 to 17 October. the heating didn't work... the first few days we didn't worry because it was still hot, but the last two days it got very cold. I informed the host of the problem who promptly sent someone to fix the problem. This made me very happy, but the problem was that the boy they sent didn't know where to put his hands and didn't understand what he had to do to make the heating work. he came twice without doing anything...but he was very kind and polite. the heating didn't work anyway, but in the end we stuffed ourselves with clothes to sleep in and gave up because the cold had arrived in the last two days of the holiday.

  : Excellent location. The apartment Is very big. The staff seemed ok. Clean apartment.
  : I booked for a week and perhaps It would have been nice to have in the room/apartment some tourist info, at least making the effort of providing tourists with a map or a leaflet or anything of the sort. There was nothing. Moreover It took weeks and several whatsapp messages to have back the 100 euros deposit, everytime I was asking they were Always very polite saying I would have received the Money "soon". The soon took more than 3 weeks. The cleaning staff does not speak a single word of english, and a cleaning lady entered the flat without knocking and without even being able to say why. Be careful of the area. I was robbed of my wallet in the lounge bar of the street of the flat, and the lady of the supermarket next to the flat asked me 5 euros for a bottle of water, although this happens everywhere in Prague. Nice stay overall, but nothing compared to what an hotel (for the same price) would have offered, also in terms of support to tourists.
