  : Overall, it is a great value for money. The location is perfect, very close to public transportation, so the old town and all the major tourist points of interest are easily reachable, while one has the perk of staying in a peaceful area. The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. Reception is 24 hours open. Soundproofing is excellent!!! The breakfast (I only took it one time because I preferred to have something out) was quite decent. I liked the large pillows. It is a perfect place to stay if you plan to spend most of your time outside. They cleaned the room every day and changed the towels regularly.
  : These are not a big deal, but some improvements might be useful: Hotel guests who like to watch TV might be disappointed by the poor quality of the signal. The transmission breaks quite often. It didn't bother me very much, but it should be fixed somehow. As for the staff, they are younger and nice, but some should work a little on their communication skills and politeness. Some of them seemed quite uninterested.For a 4 stars hotel, toiletries are quite basic. The walls and carpets could use some refurbishment. The bed was big, but the mattress wasn't very comfortable. There is always a space for improvement, but as said, it is a good place to stay.
