  : Location of the hotel was why I chose it, it´s close to the Old town square but also just next to Charles Brigde. The bed was really nice and breakfast met my needs.
  : The staff, most of them were just plain rude, especially in the resturant. Burger I ordered wasn´t cooked, it was just raw, how hard is it to cook a burger?? There was dirt under the beds, and the carpet in the room had holes in it. The door to my room looked weak and not soundproof. Toilet had to be fixed because sometimes after flushing water kept running trough it. Tiles in the bathroom looked old and dirt seemed to be stuck inbetween them. Getting a fan (which was supposed to be in my room but wasn´t) took some time, and the staff got irritated when I pressed the issue. The reception staff is not on site from 7pm until 7am, unlike what they say on booking.com, and I got no information how to contact them if I needed their assistance.

  : The location in the old town could not be beat. Steps away from the bridge. Opening our window and sticking our head out, we had a lovely view of the bridge. And the hotel is very atmospheric.
  : It is a wee bit noisy at night- that's the down side of the fantastic location.
