: The air conditioning was not included and it didnt say when we booked. The reception did not ask us when we checked in if we wanted AC and if was a ten minute walk between reception and apartment.

: Location - very close to the town centre - just a 2 min walk.
: 1) Late Check in charges - Unfortunately our flight was delayed. We were meant to be there at 09:30pm but got to the reception at 00:30am . To our surprise we were asked to pay a fee of Euro 50 for a "late check-in" . This was later refunded to us after we complain via booking.com 2) Extra charges for AC - At the property it was very hot. We called and asked for the AC remotes and were told that we had to pay Euro 20 for the remote. When I checked with booking.com they said that AC was meant to be a part of the facilities. We didn't get to use the AC. 3) Inconvenience - At the property there were just 4 pillows and 4 towels (one for each guest). The pillows were soft and we could not top it with another pillow because they were not available. As much as I understand that they do not want extra people to stay in, it does not mean they inconvenience the guest by not giving them extra supplies. Water accidentally splashed out of the bath tub and we didn't have any surplus towels to mop up. 4) No toiletries - In the morning we found out that there were 'no toiletries'. Booking.com makes says that 'Free toiletries' are provided. We had to buy our own toiletries. Only hand was is available. All in all, the property is at a good location, but the service we received was very hard handed. When I wrote to them about this, they were like - this is our policy; tough luck. No feedback taken.
