  : The only upside was the location, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes, close to the Letna park and castle, walking distance to city center.
  : Steps in front of the room, in the room, small elevator (no way a baby carriage gets through, it was tough getting it in the building itself).No heating, old wooden windows = cold.Noise from a pub in the yard next door every evening till late night, facility responded for us to call the cops if we mind. If you close the windows you suffocate from the day heat, if you open them, you get mosquitoes because there are no screens. Oh and a lot of spiders inside.Almost no light in the bathroom.How hard is it to move a family with infant from the attic to a room with no outside noise and with reasonable heating.

  : The location is amazing, Letna is one of the best parts of Prague.
  : I did not receive any information about checking in, the number on Booking sent me a SMS stating to call a colleague at a different number. That one wasn't working at all, so I called a number on the door. A quite rude man answered the phone, stating that i have received info about check-in (I checked my inbox and Booking messages, I have nothing), but he told me what to do. His tone was a bit irritated, and in the end he told me to go to the third floor. Our apartment was on the first...First impression - the door to our apartment was wiggling even when locked, and we didn't feel very secure leaving our things there (we did, and nothing happened, but it was a constant stress). The apartment (we stayed in number 14) was spacious, there were beds ready for 5 people, even when we were just a couple. The main bed was terrible - the frame has fallen from the wall, the mattresses were like a giant crater, and it made a very loud sound even on a slightest move. We ended up sleeping on a folding sofa in the kitchen, which wasn't much more comfortable, but at least we didn't have the feeling of falling through the bed.The bathroom was large, but it is a long wait for hot water. First, you have to wait approximately 2 minutes until the cold water turns at least warm.The walls are so thin, we could hear every word our neighbours said, as if they were in the next room of our apartment. The main entrance squeaks a lot, and it waked us up during the night. The wiggly door to our apartment didn't help, because even when I locked it, it was "opening and closing" when there was a little bit of wind. I paid 46€ for one night, and I won't be coming next time. There are plenty apartments for the same price, and much more cozy, safe and modern. (I booked this one because the usual apartments at Letna were booked out)

  : We chose this place as it has a kitchenette. It being spacious is just a big bonus. However, we are really really sorry that we had to leave the dirty dishes in the sink when we checked out. There was soap to wash the dishes but there was no sponge. I tried washing the dishes without sponge but it was just not clean enough, especially since we made scrambled egg for breakfast. So sorry for this! Also, I found out that I accidentally left my phone in the bathroom after check-out. Unfortunately, we were the only guests at that time and we checked out on Sunday. There was no one at the office, obviously. After being locked out for about an hour outside and desperately making many calls, we managed to get a hold of the staff who kindly allowed us to go back inside to get my phone. Thank you so so much!
  : It would be nice if sponge is also provided. I personally really hate leaving dirty dishes in the sink.

  : The beds were terrible. Double bed was completely broken and sleeping on it was really difficult.

  : Location was great
  : Bed was horrible - there was two single beds instead of double bed. The mattresses doesn't fit - my mattress was higher than my partner's one. Bed sheets doesn't fit, they were too small. There was hair on the "clean" pillow. In our room was noise from reconstruction - drill, hammer - unfortunately on Saturday morning.
