: He made the key available early, but unfortunately he has used this as an excuse to justify his bad attitude towards us .Because he agreed to let us check in at 01:30pm instead of 3 pm (which was good of him), however does not justify his claim 'I want everything for free'. Very bizarre individual. When I asked he actually offered to make the room available a day earlier for 120 euros. But I declined because I had booked a hotel until room was ready on 24th as advertised on booking.com Clearly his objective is too make money
: The owner of the apartment is the most vile, unpleasant person I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in my life. His attitude is shocking and appalling. He is also very dishonest. Booking was done last minute before travelling on the 22nd of September, due to delay confirming trip could only book after midnight before i travelled . Stayed in a hotel until 24th, waiting for room to be available. I was in Prague when he sent messages about 200 euros cash deposit. I said I did not know Prague too well, and not sure where to get cash in Euros around the hotel. I asked if he would take card payment. He responded with series of rants about not reading his rules and not following his rules. I found an ATM and withdrew the money in Euros. He said checkout will be between 8-10. I explained to him we have a flight at 09:50. It is an international flight, the house is 25-30 minutes away from the airport. If we check out after 8 will miss the flight. He kicked off again and became abusive. Then he got booking.com to call me to say if i don't proceed wit booking I will be charged full amount. He agreed we could check out 07:15 on 6/10. This was written on signed contract I signed. He sent petty messages on the 24th after I checked in. I thought how strange after he received full payment and deposit from the lady who handed keys. Didn't hear from him until 5th when he sent bizarre rants and messages accusing me of thinking I was 'master of the universe' , 'arrogant' 'want everything for free'.I thought it was strange because I had not asked him to provide additional facilities for us.I had to ask if he was ok because it was odd. I said to him if he can't come before 8 I understand but I hope he understands we can't miss our flight. I told him where I would leave the key if he could not come. He did not object . left key in apartment letter box .He decided not to send someone for the keys early as agreed .
